Don't
be afraid of change. You might lose something good, but you'll gain something
better.

Integrity
"A life lived with integrity — even if it
lacks the trappings of fame and fortune — is a shining star in whose light
others may follow in the years to come."
Denis Waitley
Truth
Try to remain truthful. The power of truth
never declines. Force and violence may be effective in the short term, but in
the long run it’s truth that prevails. Being honest and truthful engenders
trust and trust leads to friendship and a good reputation. Because we all need
friends, honesty and transparency are a basic aspect of human nature.
Dalai Lama
Kindness
You are always given the opportunity to
make someone feel appreciated. It makes a world of difference to someone who
feels empty or ignored. When it comes to kindness, nothing is ever small.
Dodinsky
Helping and encouraging others
We are responsible for helping and encouraging others, for
guiding them further along, but we are not responsible for their choices. If
they want to live unhappy, that’s their choice. Don’t allow them to bring you
down with them.
What other people think
“Life is too short to waste any amount of time on wondering
what other people think about you. In the first place, if they had better
things going on in their lives, they wouldn’t have the time to sit around and
talk about you. What’s important to me is not others’ opinions of me, but
what’s important to me is my opinion of myself.”
C. Joy Bell C.
people think they know you
Sometimes people think they know you. They know a few facts
about you, and they piece you together in a way that makes sense to them. And
if you don’t know yourself very well, you might even believe that they are
right. But the truth is, that isn’t you. That isn’t you at all.
