Sunday Plan


Good Sunday Morning Everybody!
I am looking forward to my cheat-meal today : )
Also, Sunday is a great day to make some meal preparations for the week ahead.
I typically prepare vegetable (broccoli or asparagus) and
sweet potato (good complex carb) each Sunday.
Being prepared has really helped me in staying focused and strong.
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." ;)
