Dictionary is the only place
that success comes before work. Hard work is the price we must pay for success.
I think you can accomplish anything if you're willing to pay the price.
If it doesn't feel like work,
it probably isn't working. Simply accept it as part of the process; sacrifices
will have to be made. There is a price to getting to where you want to go.
Don't want to pay it? Then stay where you are. Your effort and excuse making
are absolutely responsible for your success. Do the work, show up, do your best
always and repeat until you die. Period.
You don’t have to be perfect
to have an amazing transformation. It’s called trial and error because you’re
going to try and you’re going to err. That’s just part of the process. Sticking
to the plan over the long term is what’s really important. You must fail
forward to success!
Having
the information is not enough, the key is implementation. Don’t procrastinate,
don’t hesitate. Just take action. You can build the body you never thought you
could have – if you make the choice to begin right now.
Getting
a lean physique isn't easy. It takes time to build muscle and lose fat. Many
people try to find a quick fix. Don't waste your time; there's no such thing! I
promise you…there isn't a magic pill or a fad diet out there that will help you
reach the body of your dreams.
Understand at times it’s going to be tough, changing your
body isn’t easy and if it was then everybody would be walking around with a six
pack and there wouldn't be so many overweight people. If it's going to work,
it's probably going to feel like work. If it doesn't feel like work, it
probably isn't working. Simply accept it as part of the process; sacrifices
will have to be made. There is a price to getting to where you want to go.
Don't want to pay it? Then stay where you are! But, I can assure the cost is
worth it.
·No matter what happens, no matter how far you seem to be
away from where you want to be, never stop believing that you will somehow make
it. Have an unrelenting belief that things will work out, that the long road
has a purpose, that the things that you desire may not happen today, but they
will happen. Continue to persist and persevere.
·“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it
easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they
have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not
a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.
Impossible is nothing.”
"In every undertaking you face, always be at
your best. Find delight in doing what you do. Someday you will find yourself in
a far better place because you learned to value your efforts more than
expectations."
·There is good reason why you should
wake each morning and mindfully consider what and who you will give your day
to: Because unlike other things in life - love, money, respect, good health,
hope, opportunities, and many more - time is the one thing you can never get
back once it’s gone.
·We have been given today to do all those things that we only dreamed of
yesterday, to walk through new doors, to live our infinite passions and to live
the life we imagined. The choice is ours to make. What's at stake is really too
important to passively float through life. We always have to aggressively use
the time given only for the things that make us the best and allow us to give
our full talents to the world. This is our time, our one shot. Be sure to use
it fully!
The moment you stop pursuing your dreams is the moment you
stop living. Live your life, live your purpose. There are millions, likely
billions of people who wish at this very moment for your life, for the gift
around you that you often take for granted. Appreciate the moment, appreciate
what you have and most importantly, appreciate the people who make your life
great. They won't be here forever and neither will you. Your life is slowly
erroding. Make sure you make memories that last forever.
·There is no
greatness without a passion to be great, whether it’s the aspiration of an
athlete or an artist, a scientist, a parent or a business person.
“The size of your accomplishments, the quality
of your achievement, will depend very largely on how big a man you see in
yourself, what sort of image you get of your possible self, yourself at your
best.” Orison Swett Marden
Find the joy: Celebrate what you've cultivated to date. Often we get into autopilot mode and forget to
stop, breathe, and reflect on what we have manifested in our lives to date.
Make a list of the abundance that you have cultivated and celebrate the results
of your work! When you focus on your manifestation magic, more abundance will
flow your way. Try it!
“Goals provide the energy source that powers
our lives. One of the best ways we can get the most from the energy we have is
to focus it. That is what goals can do for us; concentrate our energy.” - Denis Waitley
“I believe that life is a journey, often
difficult and sometimes incredibly cruel, but we are well equipped for it if
only we tap into our talents and gifts and allow them to blossom.”
Start competing against an earlier version of
yourself. Be inspired by others, appreciate others, learn
from others, but know that competing against them is a waste of time. You are
in competition with one person and one person only – yourself. You are
competing to be the best you can be. Aim to break your own personal records.
